Our company is a professional manufacturer of rubber products for railways designated by Ministry of Railways, which has obtained the certification of ISO9001 quality system in 2001. Our company currently has about 90 employees, and a technical team who are engaged in the development of railway products for long time and with rich experience. Our company boasts 50 various manufacturing equipment, two 150-ton 1,500cc full-computer injectors, four 100-ton half-automatic flat vulcanizing machines, one 800-ton 2,500 x 1,200 large vulcanizing machine, more than 20 vulcanizing machines of other specifications, one 35L close mixing mill, one JY200 precise performer, four 16-inch open type mixer, plastic extruder, strip cutter, metal surface treatment and other auxiliary equipment. At present, we have over 30 chemical and physical testing instruments, 30-ton universal material testing machine, computer control rubber pulling instrument, vulcanizing machine, low-temperature testing equipment, rubber abrasion testing machine, rubber wear testing machine, oil-proof aging cabinet, 200mm universal tool microscope, 100mm projector and other physical and chemical testing equipment. We are capable of manufacturing wind shields for 800 vehicles, 300,000 vehicle sleeve bearings, rubber products for left and right braking system for 30,000 vehicles, and various vibration reducers and sealing parts for 300 left and right gas engines.
